What is Cornerstone Blueprint?
A facility planning platform for people without architectural or CAD training. You describe how your organization operates; Blueprint translates that into capacity recommendations, facility programs, design concepts, drawings, 3D models and analysis — with every recommendation explained.
The workflow
Create a project (or start from a template) → answer the planning interview → generate the facility program → set design objectives → generate and compare three concepts → choose one → edit the blueprint → explore the 3D model and capture renderings → run the analyses and stress tests → review the Consultant findings → print the planning report or run Presentation mode. Ask Blueprint (on the Consultant tab) answers questions from your project data and can make confirmed changes for you.
Where do the numbers come from?
Every recommendation exposes its inputs, assumptions and method (“Why does Blueprint recommend this?”). Industry assumptions are editable per project with full override history (Facility Program → Assumptions), and user-entered facts always take precedence.
Is this a substitute for an architect?
No. Cornerstone Blueprint is a conceptual planning tool. It is not a substitute for a licensed architect, engineer, code official or construction professional, and its outputs are not construction documents.
